5. Why My First Podcast Didn’t Work (and the Strategy I’m Using Now That Does)

This one's a little personal. I'm pulling back the curtain on my first podcast (the one I shut down)and the lessons I didn't realize I was learning until much later. I’m talking about why I canceled it, what wasn’t working (even though the content was “helpful”), and how I’ve completely changed my approach with Podcast-First Marketing.
